STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of services provided by mkACE Management Consultancy ("mkACE", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using any of our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Services

mkACE offers the following services, subject to the plan selected by the Client:

•        Tax Consulting

•        Business Advisory

•        Company Structuring

•        Accounting Outsourcing

•        Remote Employee Solutions

•        Freelancer & Gig Business Support

•        SME Growth Plan (including VAT registration, corporate tax registration, VAT/CT return filing, and related accounting services)

•        Audit

•        And many more..

2. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other online methods listed on our website.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Payments are as per quotation and as mutually agreed in writing\

 

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver our services. mkACE shall not be held liable for delays or errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

 

4. Data Security & Privacy

mkACE takes the protection of Client data seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of all information you provide to us.

•        Your data is collected only to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed services.

•        Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

•        Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

•        We comply with applicable data protection laws in the UAE.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client to mkACE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI Tax Consultant Disclaimer: The AI Tax Consultant tool provided within certain plans is an AI-based assistant trained to support tax-related queries. It is not a licensed Tax Agent and does not replace professional tax advice. mkACE does not guarantee its accuracy and accepts no liability for decisions made based on its output.

External Audit Disclaimer: mkACE coordinates external audit engagements on behalf of Clients. External audits are conducted by independent firms authorised by the UAE Ministry of Economy. Responsibility for the audit report lies solely with the issuing audit firm. mkACE acts as a coordinator only and assumes no liability for the content or conclusions of any external audit.

 

6. Modifications to Terms & Services

mkACE reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable prior notice to ensure compliance or improve service quality.

 

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE. Any disputes arising from or relating to these T&Cs shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the Dubai Courts.
