Why only 5 criteria?
Under Article 16 of Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025, Full Accreditation is granted only after the MoF and FTA have completed a mandatory testing programme. Every Provider on the Accredited list has already been confirmed on all of the items below — scoring them would mean re-verifying what the regulator already validated:
