License Term
Visa Requirement
Residence Visa, Medical Test & Emirates ID recur every 2 years, on the visa's own cycle. "Inside UAE" status-change fees are one-time, at the point of application.
Additional Options
AED 1,000 per additional activity (does not apply to standalone Special licenses).
Payment Schedule
All figures in AED. Each amount appears in the year it falls due. License/Office package pricing includes a 20% discount for the 3-year multiyear term. Visa, Medical, and Emirates ID fees recur on the visa's own 2-year cycle, independent of the license term chosen above. Every item below is on an actuals basis — SPark's current rate card — and may change by the time of application.

- All approvals are subject to the relevant UAE government authorities. Trade license and visa approvals are subject to approval from SRTI Park (SPark) and the relevant Sharjah / federal government department.
- Every item in this estimate is charged on an actuals basis at SPark's current published rate card. Any change in these costs between now and the time of application — whether an increase or a decrease — will be passed on accordingly and settled with the client on a reimbursement basis, supported by the relevant documents and invoices.
- Lease Charge and General Service Fee for sqm-based office packages (Start-up, SME, Eco System) are estimated from SPark's published "starting from" floor rate for the smallest qualifying unit. Your final Lease Charge and General Service Fee depend on the exact unit size allocated and will be confirmed by mkACE before invoicing.
- Package upgrades are available by paying the price difference plus an AED 1,000 amendment fee; downgrades take effect only at renewal. Multiyear and yearly packages cannot be combined, and multiyear payment is due within 4 installments inside the first year of the term. No refund is issued on cancellation, any upgrade to lease/license is settled on a pro-rata basis, and the multiyear discount no longer applies once a package is cancelled.
- Refundable items — lease deposit and project guarantee, where applicable — are collected separately and are not included in the total cost above.
